You must pay a deposit on your hotel rooms no later than June 30, 2024. If you do not, you run the risk of losing the rooms.
WHAT IS THE AMOUNT OF MY REQUIRED DEPOSIT?
You have signed an agreement with your hotel stating the number of rooms you will use. Your deposit is $50.00 for each of those rooms. For example, if your hotel agreement calls for 100 rooms, your deposit is $5000.00
HOW DO I PAY MY DEPOSIT?
Each Temple must pay its deposit in a single check covering the total amount. The check should be made PAYABLE TO YOUR HOST HOTEL and mailed to:

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR PAYING MY DEPOSIT?
Deposit checks must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2024.
WHAT DOES MY ROOM DEPOSIT COVER?
Your deposit of $50 per rooms is sent to your hotel to be applied to your master account.
WHAT IF I DON’T GET MY DEPOSIT IN ON TIME?
Hotels are businesses and have a right to expect their deposit money at the time you have promised to pay it. If they do not receive your deposit on time, your hotel has a right to cancel your agreement and resell your rooms. Because of the excellent relationship between MASA and the VA Beach hospitality industry, it is unlikely that this will happen; but it is possible, and a risk not worth taking.
